Eggs, by Jerry Spinelli

A book for almost all ages, Eggs, is a quaint tale of Primrose and David, two unlikely friends with countless differences. After the death of David’s mother, David becomes extremely distant from everyone, especially his grandmother. During an Easter egg hunt, he finds what he believes is a dead body, but it turns out to be someone that will be his friend for a while. These two naïve kids go on many adventures and grow closer in the process, fixing each other’s broken homes. I rate this book a 9/10 (due to the slow beginning) and I definitely would recommend it to anyone and EVERYONE looking for a quick and entertaining read.
